Keyboard shortcuts
On a computer with a keyboard, these keys move you around Mirepoix.

Open Mirabel |
1 |

2 |

3 |

k |

` |
Open or close the Mirepoix menu |
h and l step through the destinations in order and stop at the ends — h on Recipes and l on Groceries do nothing.
` (backtick) opens the Mirepoix menu, the popover under the mirepoix brand pill. While it’s open, j and k (or the arrow keys) move between its items.
? opens Mirabel, paired with / for search. You can also ask her “what are the keyboard shortcuts” — she’s grounded on this page. Close her with Esc or the × button — once she’s open, her message box has focus, so ? just becomes a character you can type (handy, since plenty of questions end in one).
Shortcuts don’t fire while you’re typing in a text field, or while a dialog, menu, or other overlay is open. The one exception: ` still closes the Mirepoix menu it opened, even with a menu item focused. ?, 1–4, h, l, j, k, and ` also skip firing with Cmd, Ctrl, or Alt held; / doesn’t check for those.
